5 under 5 D.I.Y Facial Treatments!

Here are five D.I.Y facial treatments you can mix and make under five minutes!

1. For my Bellas with acne prone skin, use 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tea spoon of cinnamon, mix together until it begins to look like chocolate then heat for 5 seconds in your microwave. Make sure you use a microwave safe container and do not microwave for more than 5 seconds because its gets burning hot real quick! I talk from experience haha. Apply to the skin using your fingers or a face brush, leave for 10 min then wash out and moisturize!

2. This is facial scrub that I live by! Brown sugar and honey, mix it together thoroughly, massage into your face using circular motions for 30 seconds then rinse out! I use this at least once or twice a week so I don’t over exfoliate.

3. This one is for my older readers. All you need is 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 banana and 1 tsp honey for this Natural “Botox” Mask from Dr. Oz. It does an equal amount of work as a surgical botox without any of the horrendous side effects!

4. Here a tasty one for strawberry lovers. Strawberries mixed with honey and yogurt, its good for your skin and to eat as well. If you’re not feeling hungry, mash it up altogether in a bowl and apply all over your face, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing off. The strawberries reduce the appearance of dilated pores, honey moisturizes and kills bacteria and yogurt has cultures that help smooth your skin so apply away and feel free to eat up whatever is  left over!

Which of these facial treatments have you tried or would like to try?

Let me know in the comments along with your post requests!

Au Revoir!
